Will this iso work on a modded wii?  The Action Replay 1.14b wouldn't even load on gcos.

Nope...Doesn't work.  I tested it on my Wii and I got the same error I got for the 1.14b iso.

This is rare's Action Replay Version 1.14b which is PAL not NTSC. It has the same crc32 and I unpacked both dols and they are exactly the same.

Good detective work, Buzbee.  If there are no objections, I will remove 1.4C from the NTSC list and change this to be 1.14B for PAL.

Where i downloaded it from it said it was 1.4C and NTSC, and when i tested it, it said it was 1.4c lol, Want Me to edit post and change it to 1.4b Pal?

Excuse me but my english is terrible. 1.14b = 1.14c NTSC PAL was that I understood?

 This so called 'c' version is EXACTLY the same as RARE 1.14b version which is PAL. I have never had a problem loading a PAL AR on an NTSC console so I think the region is really generic. Of course I have been using the dols and not the discs. The default video mode is probably different between regions (50 vs 60).
