I love this site, it has all the games I need and easy to download, I already got about 20 games it 1 week  :D

if i wanted to add a game to the list, all i have to do is put the disc in my computer, rip it, compress to 250MB parts and upload to a free upload/download site and post the link(s) here?

Yes, but we already have all the NTSC-U games already. But, if you have a game from another region that isn't on the list, you either need a special drive for gamecube games or rip it from your Wii or Gamecube.
