Gamma is Wii Backup Loader, not Gamecube. You need to make sure you have WiiGator's Gamecube Backup Launcher 0.2 installed and during installation press X to tie it to Gamma (Which IS 0.3 wii loader)

I mean, when you're installing 0.2, it prompts you to press A to continue, B to cancel, or X. You press X and then A.

Thanks for your help deftrance, but I might just go ahead and burn tmnt 3 as two discs...after all, this will probably be my last dual disc game that I download. I wish i knew about this before I did the resident evil games. I just have to use three discs on one game

hmm...i think my statement might have been misconstrude...when I said using three discs on one game, I meant the first one that was messed up when I tried to put both parts onto one disc and then when i reburned it using a seperate disc for each part. a total of three discs :)

I haven't seen anyone post it here, but there is a newer version out - GameCube MultiGame ISO Creator v3.4.4F+

Cant remember where I got it from, think I googled it.

v3.2.4F is the latest version hosted by GBAtemp.  It works flawlessly to my knowledge as I've never encountered a problem with it.  Any updates, based on the previous changelogs, would be very minor.  In that case the guide will work just the same.  If there are major changes, then use the version I posted because I'm not rewriting the guide.

Also I can't update the link in the first post with a new one unless I have a link to a newer version myself.

There would be no reason to do this to run games in Dolphin. As for converted games, what do you mean?
